My favorite part in this whole matchmaking business is the casual date. No stress, no performance anxiety, no profuse sweating….that is the essence of casual dating. I like going out with someone casually because then it is more fun and you get to know your date better.

Dating is no more an easygoing game of meeting new people. Most dates are filled with anxiety and stress. If a man goes out on a date, his buddies just want to know if scored a home run! But dating is not just about finding a bed mate, it is also about having a casual, fun and easygoing time.

Experts say dating someone casually, that is without pegging a score card to it, is beneficial to singles health. For one you can avoid the dehydration! Singles who have dated or just met someone casually will tell you how good it feels to know you can be a little goofy and just have fun on a date and not be forever on your best behavior.

Earlier when I dated men, I was so caught up with this whole idea of making an impression and that I came back with a second date in tow that I forgot to have fun. Then I dated a man who taught me dates were more about people than the process and that this is the time for discovery. Needless to say we dated regularly for almost six months before getting married!
